Balancing Hormones Naturally Through Nutrition

Recently, I did a free online workshop with Magdalena Wszelaki, a certified nutrition coach, regarding balancing hormones naturally through nutrition. I must say, it was very insightful. I know I have been eating well, but Magdalena explained there is a difference between eating well and eating right. Eating right is different for each individual based on their specific food reactions and symptoms. She stated that in order to get one’s hormones in balance, we must first consider the hormonal base. This consists of a regime of gut-healing, sugar-balancing, and liver-support. Once all 3 parts of the hormonal base are addressed, then we can specifically work on balancing the hormones including estrogen, progesterone, androgens, and thyroid.

Many women don’t realize that ALL of these can be caused by hormone imbalance:
